We now offer the option of B and B in the ground floor Annexe/ Studio comprising:

• Private sun room/lounge with lovely direct loch views and a large flat screen TV with Freesat. DVD, Free Wifi.

• 1 double bedroom  (double queen size bed)

• For 3 guests (or 2 wishing not to share), there is a sprung, double sofa bed in the the lounge.

• En suite bathroom (full bath, handheld shower). Hair Dryer.

• Microwave, Kettle, Tea & Coffee, Mini Fridge.

• Cotton Sheets, hotel grade fluffy towels and toiletries.

• Optional Extra: Luxury Pack - fluffy bathrobes and cotton waffle slippers (for use during stay only).

• CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST BUFFET included. This is presented in our beautiful farmhouse kitchen/ dining room with its special views over the Loch, vaulted ceiling and original  dry-stone wall.
